#You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
* You must return items in new and unuse condition with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products.

#How to return parcel
*First make sure you have to return the item.
*Then take photograph of the item and parcel in various angles, we need to conform the condition of the parcel. And proof of your problem to conform it.
*e-mail us that photograph and information with order number and reason of refund
This procedure must finish within 7 days after you got a parcel,

*Then you can ship it on given address.
#Procedure of refund
You can expect to receive your refund within three weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate three weeks{time may varies as we get parcel sooner or later} because of the time required for return shipping,
*product inspection------the inspection will done at our returns facility, and then we will check the condition of the item with the original as well as emailed photograph.
*Refund---after inspection the refund will be deposited in your credit card or the account you use to pay us. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
